A. Our standard turnaround is 2 weeks from the time that we have received acceptable artwork, your signed quote and the required deposit. Although there are periods when our turnaround can stretch to 4 weeks. So if time is of the essence it would be best to ask your Redwood Signs sales representative what the current production schedule is before placing an order

A. This is a little more complicated question because there are a number of factors that can lead to a sign’s demise, but with periodic maintenance inspections our signs are built to last 10-20 years.
A. Yes we offer a 1 year warranty on our signs. Our experience has taught us that if a sign is going to fail because of issues with manufacturing, it usually happens within the first year.
A. We have been producing dimensional signs for over 40 years. This is all we manufacture and our efforts everyday are focused on being the best. A. One to two times a year you should use a soft brush and some soapy water to clean the sign. Then you should inspect the sign looking for any areas where the paint may have chipped off. This is the main reason a sign will fail over time when the protective paint surface has been compromised.
